Request a basement or foundation inspection
To request a basement or foundation inspection, tell us what you can see and where the property is located. No phone call is required to start. Waterproofing, drainage, foundation, crawlspace, sump, crack, masonry and moisture-control work are all handled through the same simple online form.
What a basement or foundation inspection covers
An inspection starts where you saw the problem and works outward. The inspector looks at where water enters, how the wall or slab is holding up, and whether a crack is stable or still moving. Then the inspector checks what feeds the problem: sump pump and discharge line, gutters and downspouts, the grade against the foundation, and any earlier repair.
The visit ends with a written scope and price for the work. It is meant to name the cause, not to sell a product. If the condition looks structural, the write-up says so and recommends an engineer before any repair.
Photos help before the visit, and the form takes them from your description alone. Say when the problem shows up: after a heavy rain, during snowmelt, or when the power goes out. That pattern often points at the cause faster than the damage does.
