Information you provide
A service request may include your name, mobile number, email, service address, town, ZIP code, relationship to the property, preferred contact information, description of the condition, timing, foundation or space type and other notes you choose to provide. Do not submit medical records, financial account information, government identifiers or other unrelated sensitive information.
Information collected automatically
The website may collect basic device, browser, page, referral, campaign and interaction information needed for security, operation, analytics and marketing measurement. We aim to avoid putting service-address, contact or project details into analytics URLs or advertising event parameters.
How information is used
- Review and classify the service request.
- Confirm geographic and provider coverage.
- Share the request with a selected provider that may respond.
- Contact you about the requested service.
- Prevent spam, fraud and system abuse.
- Measure lead quality, appointment outcomes and site performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Sharing
Information may be shared with independent service providers selected to respond, and with vendors that host, secure, route, communicate, analyze or operate the service. Providers should use request information for the requested service and their related customer operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate controls.
Calls, texts and email
By requesting service and giving the required consent, you agree that the network or selected provider may call, text or email you about that request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a contractor's work. You can ask the caller to stop further nonessential messages; transaction and legal records may still be retained.
Retention and security
Unconverted service requests are reviewed for deletion after 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for customer service, fraud prevention, commercial records, a dispute or a legal obligation. Requests that become customer projects may be retained with the related contract and warranty records. Administrative access is restricted to authorized users, and the public site does not expose a lead-list endpoint. No internet system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. You may also ask which provider received the request. Until a separate privacy email is configured, use the website request form, select “Not sure / something else,” and begin the description with “Privacy request.”
Children
This service is intended for adults authorized to request work at a property and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
Material updates will be reflected by the reviewed date. Continued use after an update means the current policy applies to later activity.
